A suspended conveyor is mainly composed of core components such as chains, rails, hangers, brackets, transmission seats, and adjusting seats. It adopts a variable - frequency speed control system, which offers the advantages of stable operation and flexible speed regulation. This type of conveyor is widely applied in various production processes, including long - distance transportation of workpieces, floor lifting, air storage, automatic feeding, and automatic painting lines. It can effectively adapt to the material transfer and process connection requirements in different scenarios.
In terms of power transmission, the conveyor system obtains driving force from a geared motor unit. The power is transmitted to the track chains through a specific transmission structure. The pusher dogs on the track are precisely matched with the chains, and the chains run smoothly under the push of the pusher dogs. Meanwhile, its specific track design can ensure that there is no jamming and low power loss during the power transmission process, further guaranteeing the smoothness and reliability of the transmission of the entire conveyor system.

Up-Down track	Ideal for ascending or descending sections. Standard specification: 1.2m diameter with 180° angle. It can be cut to match any required angle based on installation conditions, with the angle not exceeding 45°. Note: The spacing between adjacent hangers should be taken into account.
Check track	A hatch is incorporated to access the track, enabling workers to carry out chain disassembly, installation, inspection, and maintenance tasks. For ease of inspection and maintenance, the driving device for each conveying line is typically positioned between the driver and the take-up device.
Take-up device (Tensioner)	This component preserves the conveying chain's initial tension and offsets two key types of deformation during operation: tensile deformation from working tension and telescopic deformation due to temperature variations. Its core function is to guarantee a specified tension between the driver and take-up device. For optimal performance, install it 3-6 meters behind the driver, and avoid arranging up-down tracks directly behind the take-up device.
Straight track	Suitable for straight sections of the conveyor chain. Standard length is 3 meters, and it can be cut to fit specific on-site installation requirements.
Caterpiller driver device	Available in two variants: Standard Type and Heavy-Duty Type. The driving device regulates the output torque of the motor. After the speed reduction unit amplifies the power, it transmits it to the driver caterpillar. The pusher dogs on the caterpillar then drive the conveyor chain, enabling its forward movement.
