Ocean roller chains with U-shaped plate attachments are equipped with rubber bearings, which enable the conveying of products without damaging their surfaces. These chains are widely used in industries and related production activities such as wood, glass, or ceramic processing.
Based on the different requirements for corrosion resistance and softness in specific application scenarios, vulcanized rubber bearings are available in a variety of hardness grades. Customized profile products for special application needs can be supplied according to customer requirements. In addition, we also provide accessories in multiple sizes.

By changing the material of the bearings, chains with rubber profiles can be adapted to different operating environments. Among these, vulcanized rubber profiles offer corrosion resistance, with a hardness range of 75 to 85, and can operate at temperatures up to 80°C.
